2. Information we collect

When you use GlobalDev Store Monitor, we may process the following information:

Device and app information

- Firebase Cloud Messaging device token
- device platform, such as Android or iOS
- app version
- connected store reference
- notification delivery status

This is required to send push notifications to your device.

WooCommerce store event data

If a WooCommerce store is connected to GlobalDev Store Monitor, the WordPress plugin may send selected store events to our service, including:

- order events
- order status changes
- checkout flow events
- failed checkout attempts
- payment failure events
- cart events
- product names and quantities
- cart totals and order totals
- checkout error messages
- store URL and store name
- timestamps

Depending on the plugin settings, event data may also include customer contact information from WooCommerce orders, such as:

- customer name
- customer email
- customer phone number

Store administrators can disable customer contact data from the plugin settings.

Technical information

For security and troubleshooting, we may process:

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications.
